St. Luke's Lakeside Hospital is conveniently located at 17400 St. Luke’s Way, The Woodlands, TX, 77384, on the main campus of St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, at the south side of the campus. It is near the corner of Interstate 45 and State Highway 242 (College Park Drive). Parking is free and very close to all of our handicapped-accessible entrances.

Traveling from Houston on I-45:

• Travel North on I-45
• Take exit 79 toward S.H. 242 (College Park Drive)
• Turn left on S.H. 242
• Turn left on St.Luke's Way

Traveling from Conroe on I-45:

• Travel South on I-45
• Take exit 79 toward S.H. 242 (College Park Drive)
• Turn right on S.H. 242
• Turn left on St. Luke's Way
